thelittlegallery warrants that all goods promoted for sale on this site are of satisfactory quality. We use high quality materials and professional archival pigment inks. Whilst every care is taken to ensure descriptions, designs and colors are correct, product representations may vary from what is on your monitor. Please note there might be slight color difference between the image seen on screen and the final product as monitors give different color results. We reserve the right to make any changes in the specification necessary to comply with any applicable legal requirements and change the specification published on this website provided this does not materially affect the quality of the goods. In all other respects, and to the maximum extent permissible, thelittlegallery makes no other warranties or promises about the goods, and any implied warranties are excluded. |

Availability of Products |

We make every effort to make the products available for purchase from the site at all times. From time to time, however, heavy demand, limited editions or other factors beyond our control may render the products temporarily or permanently unavailable. We will notify customers if this will affect their orders in any way. |

International Orders |

Orders for delivery outside the UAE may incur additional charges due to import taxes and duties levied at the point of entry in the destination country. thelittlegallery does not have any control over any additional charges which may occur and will not be responsible for paying or contributing to any charges which may occur due to this. |

Orders |

Online orders will be completed once check-out proceeds through the secure payment system. An automatic email confirmation of the order will be sent to your email address.
thelittlegallery reserves the right to review and/or cancel orders containing information that cannot be verified.
thelittlegallery reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order when products are unavailable for any reason; an order placed through this site has not been received by thelittlegallery for any reason; full payment for the order has not been received by thelittlegallery from the customer; an order placed through this site has or may have been involved in any fraudulent activity.
Whilst thelittlegallery will try to ensure that the online ordering facility on this site will be available, accurate and error free, thelittlegallery will not be responsible or liable in any way for any interruption or discontinuance of any or all of the functionality of this site; including, without limitation, the online ordering facility. |

Payment |

thelittlegallery accepts all major payment cards, Visa and MasterCard credit cards through PayPal and 2Checkout. The name and address provided in the billing details should match the information as they appear on the credit card holder's statement. If not, we cannot process the order.
If your credit card is declined during the order processing, you will be notified by email and/or telephone within 24 hours. Your order will not be sent unless the credit card number or details entered are authorized.
No other forms of payment are accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where payment has not been received within the specified time.
All international orders will undergo address and payment verification procedures and this may delay dispatch of your order.
Full payment is required before any order can be dispatched. thelittlegallery does not offer credit facilities.

Deliveries |
|
|
Delivery is via courier. Your order within the UAE should arrive within 2-7 days of payment being received. Your postage and handling charge will be added during checkout. Loss is very rare. When loss does occur and has been confirmed by the courier company, we will replace the order (subject to availability) at our expense. Please advise us by email at anne@thelittle-gallery.com
All international orders are sent via courier and should arrive within 7-14 days of payment being received.
Any times quoted for delivery are approximate only and thelittlegallery will not be liable for any courier delays.
Deliveries will be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering. thelittlegallery does not deliver to PO boxes. |

Returns |
|
|
We do not accept returns unless you’ve been sent the wrong item. Please notify us immediately, damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours.
Returns must be returned to us within 7 days from the date you received the item for exchange.
thelittlegallery does not offer refunds.
To return an item, you must first send an email to us at anne@thelittle-gallery.com with your order number, contact details and reason for the return. We will assist you with your exchange of an item of the same value (subject to availability) or credit note. Following this, you will need to enclose your receipt and merchandise in a secure packaging and return it by courier at our expense.
Products must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. We will not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, scratched, marked, soiled or misused in any way. |

Protecting your personal and order information is a priority at thelittlegallery. We want you to be able to order from thelittlegallery with total confidence.
Purchases made with either PayPal/2Checkout are processed directly on PayPal’s and 2Checkout's websites. Paypal/2Checkout may request some of the client's billing information such as credit card over an encrypted secure socket layer (SSL). Credit card details are not stored on thelittlegallery’s system or servers in accordance with PCI standards and PayPal/2Checkout terms and conditions of use.
To process your order it is necessary to give us your address and a contact number which will be store on thelittlegallery's server. Failure to provide full information may forfeit your order. |
